Home/ Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and One Biolabs Pty Ltd when you access our website, submit an enquiry or purchase products from ONEBIO LABS. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

Section 01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

If you act for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

Section 02

Research use only

Products offered by ONEBIO LABS are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, therapeutic goods or products for human consumption.

  • You must not use, administer, prescribe, market or resupply a product for human consumption or therapeutic use.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use and disposal comply with all laws and institutional requirements that apply to you.
  • You must use appropriate facilities, equipment, training and safety procedures.

Do not purchase a product if you intend to use it for self-administration, diagnosis, treatment or any other human use.

Section 03

Website and product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability and supporting information clear and current. Minor packaging or presentation differences may occur. Supporting documents can vary by product and batch.

Website content is general information only. It is not medical, clinical, therapeutic or professional advice and must not be relied on for any human-use decision. You should independently assess whether a product is suitable for your lawful research purpose.

We may correct errors or update information at any time. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment or provide an appropriate remedy.

Section 04

Orders, pricing and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, the order appears fraudulent, or we reasonably believe the proposed supply or use may be unlawful or inconsistent with these terms.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges and the total payable will be shown through the applicable ordering process. Payment must be made using an available payment method. You authorise us and our payment provider to process the amount shown for your order.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where practicable.

Section 05

Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carrier networks, weather, public holidays, address issues and events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for arranging lawful receipt and appropriate storage of the order. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an issue or a parcel arrives damaged.

Section 06

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our Returns Policy explains how to report an incorrect, damaged or faulty product and how change-of-mind requests are considered.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a consumer guarantee applies and is not met, the available remedy will depend on the circumstances and may include replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

Section 07

Acceptable website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person or use the site for unlawful or misleading activity.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, trade marks, logos, copy, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to One Biolabs Pty Ltd. You may view and retain a copy for personal or internal business reference. No other use, reproduction or distribution is permitted without written approval or an applicable legal right.

Section 08

Availability and liability

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, an unauthorised or prohibited use of a product, or events outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You remain responsible for your research decisions, compliance obligations and the safe handling, storage and disposal of products.

Section 09

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the version available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to that later use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which One Biolabs Pty Ltd is registered, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Courts with jurisdiction under those laws may hear disputes.
